Main Lodge

The Main Lodge has two lounge areas with full kitchen / dining facilities, and 3 bunkrooms accommodating up to 12 people. The larger lounge is the ideal place for a group get together or to catch up and compare notes with other guests at the end of the day. The smaller lounge is ideal for reading, a bit of quiet time, or even a kids play area. A cosy wood burning fire keeps you warm in the winter months, and large french doors open to a sunny barbecue area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave allowing you to do your own cooking if desired. Two 8 seat dining tables provide plenty of room for group dining.

There is a large bathroom which has twin basins, two separate showers, two separate toilets, heated towel rails, and washing facilities.

Group Bookings

The Main Lodge can be booked exclusively and is perfect for groups of family, friends, teams or clubs as there is plenty of room to spread out and socialise together. Rates will vary depending on your requirements. Enquire about our special group rates.

If your group is larger than 12 or you have couples who would prefer more privacy we also have a separate Studio Unit and Guest Room available. See below for further details.

Country Room

This is a very sunny warm room with large picture windows looking out over neighbouring farmland and Mt Ngongotaha with the bonus of a large window seat for snuggling up with a good book and a glass of wine in the sunshine.

The Country Room has its own separate entrance and is self contained with a kitchenette with sink, fridge, hotplate, microwave, electric frypan, toaster and kettle. There is a comfy king size bed, spacious ensuite and dining table for two. All linen provided.

Garden Room

The Garden Room is an older style room with a double and a single bed and ensuite. It has a separate entrance, fridge / freezer, microwave and kitchen table set up with toaster and kettle. Private garden and BBQ area. All linen provided.
