Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date - refund of deposit.
Cancellation 7 - 30 days prior to arrival date - no refund of 25%deposit.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date - 50% of booking.
No shows - 100% of booking.
