Because of our intimate size late cancellations can affect us greatly. A 25% deposit or credit card details may be required to confirm your booking, depending on circumstances.

- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date - refund of deposit.
- Cancellation 7 - 30 days prior to arrival date - no refund of deposit.
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date - 50% of booking.
- No shows - 100% of booking.
